The developer of Well Note does not collect, see, or share any of your data.
None. Well Note has no accounts, analytics, advertising, or third-party software development kits. The developer receives no personal information, usage data, diagnostics, or identifiers from the app.
Symptoms, severity ratings, notes, and other entries you create are stored on your device. If iCloud is on, they sync through your own private iCloud account using Apple's CloudKit. That data is stored under your Apple Account and governed by Apple's Privacy Policy. The developer cannot access it.
Reports are generated on your device and shared only where you choose to send them.
Delete entries in the app, or delete the app to remove all local data. Remove synced data in iOS Settings, under your name, then iCloud, then Manage Storage.
Well Note does not knowingly collect information from anyone, including children under 13.
Well Note is a personal record-keeping tool. It does not diagnose, treat, predict, or provide medical advice, and it is not a substitute for a qualified healthcare professional.
Updates to this policy will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
